Organisational & Coaching Work

I work as a coach and consultant to teams, managers and clinicians across a range of voluntary care sector organisations; including children and young people’s services, domestic violence intervention services; palliative care services; and substance misuse. I include a systemic focus to this work. My work with teams has included planning and managing change, team building and dealing with conflict.
