I am a registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor who has been practicing since 1989. I run regular Family Constellation workshops, and also provide supervision and training  for therapists and other care workers,  consultancy and coaching in organisations.
 
I bring to my work:-

• Experience of working with anxiety, work-related stress, low-mood & depression, relationship & sexual issues, addictions,
• An integrated approach which includes a range of therapeutic models, from Gestalt to Systemic, CBT to Object-Relations, and which offers support, challenge, creativity, flexibility,  and insight
• Experience  of a wide range of clients & supervisees across the age, gender, culture, sexuality, and social class spectrums; I also have extensive experience of working with war veterans
• Experience of practicing in many different settings including primary care, addiction services, government departments, private practice, HIV services and Employee Assistance Programmes.
• Faciltiation of therapeutic workshops, including family constellations.
• Extensive experience of training therapists and healthcare
  workers in a range of face-to-face approaches.
